When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Our products are made with care and are often in high demand which results in longer delivery times. Please allow 4-9 days for delivery to the USA, UK, Australia and some EU destinations (Spain, France, Netherlands, Ukraine etc.).
Holidays, demand surges, and severe weather may lead to delays.

I only received one item. Has the other one shipped?

No worries if you only received one part of your order! Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing!

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will take between 1-2 business days.

Where is your company located?

Our office is located thirty minutes outside of Houston, Texas.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. 

If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

We do NOT sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
We will send you an email with the link to track your order when it has been processed.

Can I change my address after I've ordered?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@trailvisioncameras.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged

We ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Digital Night Vision Scope System Logistics FAQs

1) Would like to know what more about what kind of recoil this can handle?

It can handle up to .30-06 caliber as long as it mounted securely.

2) Will it fit on a 40mm tube and how far can I see hogs through this?

It comes with adapters that handle up to a 45mm scope.

3) How far can you see in total darkness?

You can see up to 200 yards with the infrared light on.

4) Can I use this this for my crossbow?

Yes, our Digital Night Vision Scope System attaches to MOST crossbows. 

5) Is this legal in my state to use?

We have compiled the laws that addresses the use of night vision and the regulations of night hunting in every state. Please refer your state below and make sure you are eligible to use Trail Vision Digital Night Vision Scope System! Keep in mind, if night vision is not allowed in your state, you can use the Trail Vision Digital Night Vision Scope System for daytime hunting here.

6)  My scope don't have objective lens. Will I still be able to get a clear picture? It's a 3-9-50 leupold scope.

The camera will see exactly what your eyes see's, so yes it will work.

7) What comes in the package? 

The package comes with night vision camera, infrared light, scope attachments, protective tape, and LCD high definition screen. It does not include batteries due to shipping restrictions.

8) What batteries will I need for the screen and infrared flashlight?

You need 18650 battery size. You will need two batteries for your Trail Vision™ - Digital Night Vision Scope System.

9) Does it come with a guarantee?

10) Is the flash light a regular torch light?

The flashlight is infrared and is not visible to the naked eyes. It is not a regular flash light. With infrared light attachment that comes with the kit you will get 200 yards of visibility at night. You have an option to upgrade the infrared light to get an additional 200 yards here.
