TrailVision does not credit original shipping charges or Sale Returns.


Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  1. The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from TrailVision. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. 

Warranty Policy

For our Digital Night Vision Scope, we provide an industry leading 1 year warranty.

This means we will replace any product that got damaged, stopped working, etc.

To be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that:

  1. It has been 1 year since you have purchased the product
  2. You can provide any evidence of the product being broken.
  3. You have purchased the 1 Year Warranty at Checkout
  4. Warranty policy activates after the 30 day mark of purchasing the product. (Refer to Return Policy)


If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.

Order Cancellation & Modification

The cancellation policy lasts 24 hours. You can only cancel an order within 24 hours of ordering. After that, the product has most likely been shipped.

If we are contacted while the order is still in early stages of processing, we may, at our discretion, modify the color, type, and shipping address upon request.

If you notice a mistake on your address, please reach out immediately and that will increase your chances of getting it fixed. Refunds will not be available for products that were never received due to a mistaken address.


We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. 

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
